The Bright Futures Scholarship was established by SVCF in 2010 to provide extra scholarship possibilities to the many deserving individuals who apply each year. The selection committee seeks candidates with academic promise whose educational possibilities would be enhanced by financial help.
Eligibility Requirements
- Graduating high school senior, currently enrolled undergraduate two- or four-year college students, re-entry students, and graduate students
- Currently residing in California
- Demonstrated academic promise with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Planning to enroll at a two- or four-year institution in the fall
